Settings entry is on the Hamburger Navigation Menu. The menu is displayed as a bar by default, and able to expand to show detail description.
Tap the Settings button on the Hamburger Navigation Menu.
Tap the Hamburger button on the Hamburger Navigation Menu to expand the bar. Tap the Settings button.
