Q1. Why do I see this webpage when tapping "Screen Mirroring" Icon?
"TOSHIBA Screen Mirroring" application is not installed in your PC.
 To utilize Miracast feature and mirror Android screen to your PC, please reinstall the application from アプリケーションの再インストール.

Q2. Why TrueLink+ Phone cannot pair smartphone with PC?
Make sure your PC and smartphone are both connected to the same Wi-Fi.
 
Q3. Why TrueLink+ Phone cannot display the messages even though there is message in smartphone.
Depending on your smartphone, TrueLink+ Phone may not be able to display some messages in your smartphone.
 This issue could be improved by installing other SMS application from Google Play.

Q4. Why the "Accept" button in PC cannot work when there is a phone call?
This is because TrueLink+ Phone app fails to get a call privilege permission.
 Please accept call from your smartphone directly.
 
Q5. How to enable "always keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" with Android device.
  1. Tap "Settings" on Android device.
  2. Tap "Wi-Fi" in settings page.
  3. Tap Menu button on Android device to open option menu then tap "Advanced".
  4. Tap "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" in Advanced Wi-Fi page.
  5. Select "Always".
