Following are the remarks and restrictions of sMedio TrueLink+ Phone. Please read them before purchasing the app.
- TrueLink+ Phone cannot pair if your PC and smartphone are not in the same Wi-Fi. pConnect! requires network profile to set as private network for data security.
- Pairing of TrueLink+ Phone may be disconnected automatically depending on your network environment.
- Video and audio playback may not play smoothly depending on your system environment.
- TrueLink+ Phone may not support messaging, contact, incoming/outgoing call depending on your smartphone.
- TrueLink+ Phone on the PC may not display contents which you downloaded from third party applications.
- TrueLink+ Phone on the PC may not be able to delete messages in smartphone or may not show unread message icons depending on your smartphone.
- Toast of the incoming call and message notification will not be displayed when you turn off Notifications settings from Permissions in Settings.
- Pairing of TrueLink+ Phone will be disconnected if you remove SD card from your smartphone.
- pConnect! on the PC may display video and audio files in your smartphone even though these files cannot playback.
- Playback time or total playback time may be different from actual playback time if you play video files with TrueLink+ Phone
- pConnect! may not show the application version installed on your smartphone correctly depending your smartphone.
- Each contact is allowed to add no more than 10 email accounts.
- Each contact is allowed to add no more than 10 phone numbers.
- Each contact is allowed to add no more than 10 Instant Message accounts.
- pConnect! will display messages received, even if the sender has been blocked in an SMS blacklist edited by a third party mobile application.
- The taskbar playback controls only function while TrueLink+ Phone is playing music.
- Camera preview may have some delay depending on your smartphone and Wi-Fi status. To keep camera preview stable, please don’t shake or move your smartphone.
- The message, cancelled from PC application, will be removed from message history after UI refreshed.
