Age restrict setting for rating content. If the content contains rating information which is larger than age restrict value, in browse UI, its title will be displayed as "******".

Password for setting or modifying age restrict value is required, so UI prompt password setting dialog first time enter this function.

Once password is confirmed and enter this UI, age restrict and change password functions are available.
