Q1. How to enable the background running for Windows Store application?
There are two methods to turn on the background running for Windows Store application
Method A: Allow the background running during the first launch of Windows Store application.
Method B: Turn on "Notifications" from permissions in Settings page, and restart Windows Store application.

Note: If user turn off the "Notifications" manually, the connection between Windows Store application and smartphone will be lost

Q2. Why pConnect! cannot pair smartphone with PC?
Please check the following two requirements.
Requirement:
A. Make sure your PC and smartphone are both connected to the same Wi-Fi.
B. pConnect! requires network profile to set as private network for data security.
You can check PC network property through "Control Panel" -> "All control Panel Items" -> "Network and sharing Center".
 
How to change network profile from Public to Private.
  1. Swap to right of PC screen to open Windows Charm.
  2. Click "Settings" in the Charm.
  3. Click "Change PC settings" in the settings page.
  4. Select "Network" in the PC settings page.
  5. Double click the Wi-Fi or Ethernet you want to change.
  6. Turn on the top item in the "Find devices and content" page.
 
Q3. Why pConnect! cannot display the messages even though there is message in smartphone.
Depending on your smartphone, pConnect! may not be able to display some messages in your smartphone.
 This issue could be improved by installing other SMS application from Google Play.

Q4. Why the "Accept" button is grey out in PC when there is a phone call?
"Accept" button might be grey out during the incoming call for some customized smartphones.
 This is because pConnect! app fails to get a call privilege permission.
 
Q5. How to enable "always keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" with Android device.
  1. Tap "Settings" on Android device.
  2. Tap "Wi-Fi" in settings page.
  3. Tap Menu button on Android device to open option menu then tap "Advanced".
  4. Tap "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" in Advanced Wi-Fi page.
  5. Select "Always".
